Manguyo Falls Hike - Aberdare Forest

About Manguyo

The Manguyo Waterfall is located deep in the Aberdares Forest (Murang’a County) along the South Mathioya River. Manguyo (Ma-Nguyo) translates ‘the place of White Colobus Monkeys’ in the local dialect. This alludes to the many white colobus monkeys which inhabit this region of the thick indigenous Aberdare forest.
